Hush offers free worldwide shipping on every order.

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times vary by country and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless already collected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to refund shipping-related costs or reship for free.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@hushself.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
